Empowering Through Practical Training

We are a husband-and-wife team passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of everyone we meet. At Scales Training Company, we believe in offering more than just training—we offer a personal touch that makes all the difference.

We offer a range of training packages in various subject areas and can offer blended learning opportunities to best meet your needs.

With over 40 years of combined experience in the mental health, IDD, and Substance Use fields as direct support workers, CPI/NCI instructors, and in management roles, we take our careers seriously. We feel that we are a voice for a group of wonderful people that at times go unheard, and we’re honored to serve them with excellence.

Whether you prefer to study in your own time and at your own speed or engage in in-person training, we’re here to meet you where you are. We proudly serve our community in Raleigh and extend our reach across North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Massachusetts, and beyond.
