What is TLC?

We were founded on a passion for supporting the health and human services community. We aim to create a Person-First experience through the Scales Training Learning Center (TLC). TLC provides comprehensive training with an advanced platform, offering a diverse curriculum and instructor-led training for all levels of Health and Human Services.

Learning Center Mission

Our team is very excited about the launch of our Learning Center! Our goal with building our system the way that we have is to ensure staff comprehension and to provide quality live instructor-led training within a virtual setting. Each of our courses follows CARF Accredited Guidelines and NORTH CAROLINA State Guidelines.

Capabilities

TLC offers robust capabilities including Learner Engagement, Smart Administration, and Reporting and Analytics. Our Content Library provides diverse training materials, and Agency Performance metrics ensure effectiveness. We also offer E-Signatures for secure documentation and Policy and Procedure Management for adherence to guidelines.
